Tutors and Tutees can meet !/ チューター指導が対面で受けられるように!

いかがお過ごしでしょうか。最近の天気予報、（私がみているもの）ハズレが多いです。。。毎日傘を持っていればいいのですが。。
I am kind of upset because the weather forecast has been off recently. Maybe I should just carry an umbrella everyday.
さて、教育推進部学生交流課から、チューターの対応方法を変更し、対面で行ってもよいという、よいお知らせがありました。
Today, we have good news about tutoring.
The Administration decided to permit tutors and tutees to actually meet and do their tutoring activities, face to face, under the conditions below.
1.Tutoring activities can be done face to face. Make sure to secure safety during the meetings by following the next procedures.
対面での対応可能とする。但し、対応する際は以下の安全面を確保すること。
Both tutors and tutees must wear masks.
・お互いマスクをする
Meet in a well-ventilated area.
・換気の良いところで行う
Try not to talk facing each other for a long time.
・向かい合う時間を少なくする
Wash your hands after the tutoring.
・チューター後は手洗いうがいを徹底する
If the meeting is longer than an hour, take a 10 minutes break and ventilate the room.
・1時間を超える場合は10分間の休憩をとり部屋の換気を十分行うこと

Tutoring activities were restricted online only, though now you can choose to meet. Please talk to your tutor or tutee which you would like to do. Enjoy your tutoring activities !
今までは、100％オンラインでしたが、ご都合により、対面もできますので是非チューター、チューティーで相談して会ってみて下さい。オンラインとは違うチュータリングになると思います。楽しんでくださいね。（JH)
