We’re excited to invite you to our annual event, Exchange Meeting Between Companies and International Students.

This is a great opportunity for international students to engage directly with employees from Japanese companies and gain deeper insights into working in Japan.
Outstanding participants will receive awards from companies!

 

<Main event>

◆Date & Time: August 7 (Fri), 13:30–17:00

◆Venue: 1F, Lecture Hall, Environmental Studies Bld (D2-2)

◆Target: For all international students at Nagoya University (including returnees)

◆Language: Japanese（English assistance available）

◆Companies: NGK Insulators, Dainichi Corporation,　Toyo Construction, TSUCHIYA Corporation,　Toyo Logistics, NISHIMURA, Toho Technology Corporation, Meitetsu Area Partners

<Pre-event session>

We will hold a pre-event session on the following date. During the main event, international students will share messages with the participating companies. This session will help you prepare for more effective communication with them.

以下の通り、年に一度の「企業と留学生の交流会」を開催します。毎年、一年で一番多くの留学生が参加する大イベント！

留学生が日本企業の社員と直接交流し、日本企業で働くための理解を深められます。優秀者には企業からの表彰も！

◆対象者：名古屋大学の国際学生（帰国学生含む）・全学年

◆来校企業：日本ガイシ、大日コーポレーション、東洋建設、TSUCHIYA、東朋テクノロジー、東陽倉庫、NISHIMURA、名鉄エリアパートナーズ

◆内容：企業との相互理解を深める疑似体験ゲーム、日本企業の制度・慣習理解、企業/留学生双方が期待することの共有、異文化理解セミナーなど　※企業からの表彰もあり！

【事前レクチャー】

本イベントの事前レクチャーを以下の日時で開催します。イベント当日は留学生から企業へメッセージを伝えるパートがあります。事前レクチャーでは企業とより充実したコミュニケーションをとるための準備を一緒に考えましょう！
